Each membership includes one 30-minute 1-on-1 session to set you up on our circuit training program. One of our trainers will be going through the workout with you to establish proper technique, starting loads and intensity levels.

CircuitFIT offers an effective 30-minute total body workout that incorporates Core, Cardio, Functional exercises and Weight training. In addition to that, our Fitness Studio also offers Personal Training sessions and Yoga. CircuitFIT is a smaller facility that allows for higher-quality service and a less intimidating atmosphere with the support of qualified fitness professionals. It doesn’t matter if you’re a beginner or a competitive athlete because our programs can be adapted to all fitness levels.
The Science Behind CircuitFIT
One study published in the journal Medicine and Science in Sports and Exercise showed that female and male subjects who circuit trained using weight-training and aerobic stations for only 3 days a week had a significant decrease in body fat, a significant increase in strength and overall physical fitness!
Another study in the Journal of Sports Medicine and Physical Fitness showed that High-Intensity Circuit Training is more effective than endurance training alone or low-intensity circuit training in reducing body weight, body fat, waistline and blood lactate. High-Intensity Circuit Training also showed the greatest strength increases.
