Patrick Dunn, CSEP, CPT, RHN
Patrick Dunn is a Certified Personal Trainer (CSEP-CPT) who holds a diploma in Fitness and Health Promotion (Humber College). He lives and breathes his passion, competing in drug free bodybuilding shows and pushing his clients to their full potential. Patrick is also a Registered Holistic Nutritionist (RHN) with a diploma from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition and is currently a student at the Canadian College of Osteopathy. His holistic approach to training, nutrition, and lifestyle coaching has helped a vast array clients reach their goals. Passionate about motivating others, Patrick strives to maximize his clients potential.
Certified Yoga Instructor Czarina Moshenko is an experienced yoga practitioner and graduate of the yoga teacher training course at The Yoga Sanctuary in Toronto. Her training and experience provides students with a safe and comfortable atmosphere of various levels. Her classes focus on physical and mental discipline however, her main focus is to make learning yoga fun.
David Gillies – B.Sc Kinesiology
David graduated from Dalhousie University with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with a focus on exercise physiology, fitness assessment, and program design. He is a strong believer in the importance of living a physically active life for optimum health and well-being. As a former competitive tennis player and mountain bike racer, David has overcome many injuries and personal setbacks, and enjoys helping others overcome their own obstacles to reach their fitness goals.
Tamara Brydges – B.A. Psychology
Tamara holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and is a certified personal trainer. Her true passion is helping people feel better and she does it well through coaching and fitness. Tamara’s approach to training is holistic. She understands that her clients need guidance and she goes above standard expectations to lead them to success.
When she isn’t with her clients, Tamara also teaches bootcamp classes. Her classes are upbeat and safe for all levels. Her focus is education on form and technique, but she will make you sweat!
Tamara has a natural ability to make exercise fun. She will challenge you physically and work with you mentally and she will see to it that you succeed in whatever your goal may be.
