Whether you are looking to master the art of the squat for the first time or you are a seasoned lifter craving more squeeze under the bar, this class is for YOU!

Every week we build upon variations of squats, lunges and deadlifts in workout designed to teach you the right technique to lift and tone your butt!

Join us and be surrounded by a supportive community of gym friends who you’ll look forward to meeting up with each week!

Sunrise Sweat Series

Join Katie bright and early for the Sunrise Sweat Series!

The Sweat Series is a fun and challenging full body workout that will help you build muscle, improve strength and endurance, as well as core strength. With short 2 minute bursts of aerobic work, we combine full body weight training with emphasis on arms, abs and glutes.

Suitable for ALL fitness levels!

Sunrise Sweat

Yoga Class

The classes will be an introduction to Astanga Yoga and the Primary series. Astanga yoga is described as vigorous and quick paced set series, incorporating breath with movement along with strength and flexibility. The classes will be open to members and non-members and will be semi-private for more personal attention and comfort (Between 2-6 people per class).

Certified Yoga Instructor Czarina Moshenko is an experienced yoga practitioner and graduate of the yoga teacher training course at The Yoga Sanctuary in Toronto. Her training and experience provides students with a safe and comfortable atmosphere of various levels. Her classes focus on physical and mental discipline however, her main focus is to make learning yoga fun.
