Who I am

20 years coaching one method.

Natural bodybuilding champion. Founder of CircuitFit in 2004. I didn't build this system from a textbook — I built it from my life, and coached it on real people for two decades.

Age 20 — first title
Alex Savva today, still natural
Today — still natural

Alex's passion for health and fitness led him to become a competitive natural bodybuilder, earned his degree from the University of Toronto, and in 2004 opened CircuitFit — a studio built on a simple belief: short, intense, and coached beats long, easy, and alone.

Twenty years later, that studio has trained everyone from competitive athletes to people who'd never lifted a weight — with no intimidation and no gimmicks. The method didn't come from a lab. It came from decades of trial and error on my own body, and thousands of members who proved it works.

Alex also founded the supplement brand PharmaFreak — a separate company, but the same obsession with what actually delivers.
