One circuit, engineered down to the second.
Short, intense, and total-body — the same system CircuitFit has coached in one Midtown studio for 20 years. Here's exactly how it works, and why it works.
Book a Free Intro →30 minutes, nothing wasted
Core, cardio, functional movement and weights folded into one continuous circuit with minimal rest. You're in, fully coached, and out — no two-hour sessions, no waiting on machines.
Green to go, red to switch
The studio's signature red/green lights call every interval, so you always know when to push and when to breathe. Work bouts rotate through 20, 30 and 50 seconds week to week so your body never plateaus.
Measured, not guessed
Every member begins with a 1-on-1 assessment and a circuit built to their level. As you get stronger, you adjust the load — measurable progress, session after session.
Athletes to grandparents. Same method, scaled to you.
For 20 years CircuitFit has trained competitors and complete beginners in the same room — with zero intimidation. The circuit meets you where you are and moves you forward. If you want structure, guidance and results without living in a gym, this is built for you.
How the method works.
Is 30 minutes really enough?
Yes. The method is built on peer-reviewed circuit-training research showing short, high-intensity circuits significantly reduce body fat and build strength. Intensity and structure — not duration — drive results.
I've never trained before. Will I keep up?
Every member starts with a 1-on-1 setup session and a circuit scaled to their level. The coach adjusts the work as you progress — beginners and athletes train side by side.
What does a session actually look like?
A short guided warm-up, a total-body circuit of timed work and rest intervals called by the red/green light system, then a cooldown. In, coached, done in 30 minutes.
