What is fascia?

Fascia is a continuous network of connective tissue that surrounds and supports every muscle, joint, bone, nerve, and organ in your body. Healthy fascia lets you move freely and efficiently. When it becomes tight or restricted — from injury, repetitive movement, stress, prolonged sitting, or aging — it can contribute to pain, stiffness, reduced mobility, and limited movement.

What is Fascial Stretch Therapy?

Unlike traditional stretching, which focuses on individual muscles, FST works with your body's interconnected fascial system. Using gentle traction, fluid movement, and breath-guided stretching, FST helps decompress joints, release tension, improve range of motion, and restore natural movement throughout the body. Each session is personalized to your unique needs.

Benefits of Fascial Stretch Therapy

  • Improve mobility and flexibility
  • Reduce pain, stiffness, and muscle tension
  • Increase joint health and range of motion
  • Enhance athletic performance and recovery
  • Improve posture and movement patterns
  • Reduce stress while promoting relaxation
  • Support healthy aging and long-term movement

Whether you're an athlete optimizing performance, recovering from injury, or simply want to move better in everyday life, FST can help you feel stronger, more mobile, and restore the freedom of movement your body was designed for.

Before you book

The questions people actually ask.

Straight answers, including the ones that aren't a selling point. If yours isn't here, call the studio at 416-483-4500.

I'm not really a “gym person.” Will I be out of place?

No — that's most of who trains here. Members range from athletes to people in their seventies, and one flight up is a single private room, not a floor of mirrors and strangers. You get your own circuit built in a 1-on-1 setup, and a coach on the floor every session. As one member put it: lots of help if you want it.

Is 30 minutes actually enough?

Yes, because nothing in it is wasted. Core, cardio, functional work and weights run as one continuous circuit with timed intervals — no wandering between machines, no waiting, no scrolling between sets. It's built on peer-reviewed circuit-training research and two decades of members getting results on it. Short and intense beats long and easy.

What if I've never trained before, or I'm coming back after years off?

Everyone starts with a 1-on-1 assessment, and your circuit is scaled to where you are right now — not where someone else is. A coach is on the floor every session to check form and move you up when you're ready. You don't need to arrive knowing anything.

Do I need to book a time? Will I be waiting for equipment?

No booking, and no waiting. The studio is open 5:00 AM to 11:00 PM every day and membership is unlimited, so you come when it suits you. It's deliberately small and never crowded — that's the point of one room instead of a chain floor.

Can I train before work? Is there somewhere to shower?

Yes. Doors open at 5:00 AM, and there's a change room and showers on site — so a 30-minute circuit fits into a morning without wrecking it.

Where do I park?

There's free parking on the side streets just off Mount Pleasant, and paid street parking on Mount Pleasant itself. The studio is also a short walk from Eglinton and well served by the Mount Pleasant bus.

The studio is on the second floor — is there an elevator?

There isn't — it's one flight of stairs up, with no elevator in the building. We'd rather you know that before you arrive than be surprised at the door. If stairs are a problem for you, call the studio at 416-483-4500 and we'll talk through whether this is the right fit.

What's the commitment?

Month-to-month from $80, no joining fee, cancel anytime. There's no contract to sign and no annual lock-in — members stay because the training works, not because they're stuck.

What actually happens at the free intro?

You come in, meet a coach, and go through one 30-minute circuit so you can feel how it works. You'll see the room, the equipment and the interval system for yourself. No card, no commitment, and no pressure to join at the end.
